At Inverttlyfe, we take your denim and flip it into something completely new. Whether it's a jacket or jeans, we transform each piece with original designs, handwork, and creative direction. Every item is reworked from scratch with no templates or repeats. Just raw creativity and one-of-a-kind results. It's not just custom. It's rebuilt.
Policy
Inverttlyfe – Custom Denim Service Policies 1. Turnaround Time Custom pieces take 3 to 5 business days to complete after we receive your item. For complex designs, we’ll let you know if more time is needed. To start an order, please contact us at inverttlyfe@gmail.com. 2. No Refunds All sales are final. Because each piece is made custom and by hand, we don’t offer refunds once the creative process has started. 3. Sending Your Item (Shipping or Drop-Off) Customers can either ship their denim or arrange a drop-off if they're in Montréal. We'll send you the address once your order is confirmed. 4. Return/Delivery Options For local clients, pickup can be arranged once the item is ready. If you're outside Montréal, we’ll ship it back with tracking. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the order. 5. Creative Direction We welcome your ideas, colors, or themes — but all pieces are designed freely by the artist. No exact replicas. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. 6. Item Condition We only accept clean, wearable denim. Please wash your item before sending or dropping it off. Dirty or heavily damaged pieces may be refused. 7. Creative Risk Disclaimer Custom design involves some natural wear, cuts, paint, or distressing. By ordering, you accept these artistic risks. 8. Abandoned Items If we don’t receive your item within 30 days of purchase, or if you don’t pick up your finished piece within 30 days after it's ready, we may cancel or reclaim the item. No refunds will be given.
